Deposit & Cancellation Policy
In taking a booking TAG Paintball may incur costs and could turn away other bookings for the field in the booked time slot.
At the time of booking a $20 deposit per player is required. TAG Paintball will guarantee the amount of spaces on the field as per the deposit paid at this time. If customers wish to add additional players to the booking they must inform the booking office at which time an additional deposit fee will be due.
Un-deposited players arriving on the day CANNOT be guaranteed rental equipment for the days play.
This deposit will be credited to the players chosen starting package on the day.
Deposited players that do not show up on the day (so 20 players pay a deposit & 2 do not show up) forfeit their deposit.
This deposit is refundable depending on the amount of notice provided around the cancellation of a booked time slot.
- Cancellation with 1 week (or MORE) notice 100% Refund
- Cancellation within 1 week to 3 days of booking 50% refund
- Cancellation within 3 days of booking 0% refund
Weather related cancellations: TAG Paintball does not refund deposits for bad weather, however by agreement with the booking office a deposited time slot may be transferred to another days play within the three months following the original booking time.
